Stephen G. Dent is an investment banker and a licensed CPA who holds a BA and a MBA from Harvard University.

Stephen’s business career has been mostly spent involved in various finance and investment activities and since 1982, he has worked exclusively in the areas of finance, investments and acquisitions.

Mr. Dent worked for three-years with the prestigious company, PricewaterhouseCoopers, after which he joined up with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co., to work in their Mergers and Acquisitions Department. Stephen then went on to join Rosenkranz & Company, a private investment partnership that specialized in acquisitions for their own account.

In 1986, Stephen left Rosenkranz to form his own company, Dent Inc., an investment banking firm located in Greenwich, CT. Stephen serves as the company president and also oversees all of the company’s investment activities.

Ever since a boyhood trip to Hawaii, Stephen has loved marine life, and he spends his free time indulging his hobby as much as he can.
